At JLH Arts Agency, we are a family-run talent agency founded by mother and daughter duo, Jerri and Kellie, who bring a wealth of experience and passion to the industry.

Jerri Jackson

CEO and Talent Agent, holds a degree in Musical Theatre as well as a degree in Education and spent 10 years as a plus-size model, choreographer, and mentor before transitioning to the role of agent and manager at a leading agency. With 5 years as an agent and 3 as a manager, Jerri saw a gap in the market for a family-oriented agency with a professional touch, inspiring her to launch JLH. Jerri also has a degree in Education Childcare, with a focus on safeguarding, SEN, and nurturing early talent. Her experience in casting has contributed to several high-profile projects.

Kellie Whitlock

Co-Founder, Director & Talent Agent, has a Bachelors Degree in event management at UEL, complemented by a business degree. She has a love for music, specialist skills, and travel, and excels at nurturing more niche talent. Kellie has a great eye for street casting and scouting, and she brings a unique perspective to the agency’s talent pool.
